Next Steps
If all steps have been successfully completed, your Developer Account will be ready for use, and Trainero will have access to operate within it.
Checklist
During the process, you have downloaded or saved some information you must deliver to Trainero. Please ensure that the following five items are provided:
Three files:
- Certificate file (example: distribution.cer)
- Push notification key file (example: AuthKey_XYZ1234567.p8)
- API access key file (example: AuthKey_ABC1234567.p8)
Two IDs as a text:
- API access key ID (example ABC1234567)
- API access issuer ID (example: 604b856e-1aa1-4c97-ba4a-3686c5000213)
Deliver these items to your Trainero contact person. Once these are provided, we can begin building the White Label app.
IMPORTANT! Even if you have meticulously followed each step, there are many potential issues that could go wrong, such as insufficient permissions. Please note that Trainero cannot verify every detail before proceeding with the white-label app setup. Typically, flaws in the setup will appear one by one during the process. In such cases, we will contact you for further details.
New Terms and Conditions
Occasionally, Apple updates their Terms and Conditions. You need to review and accept these updates to ensure that new app versions can be released. Trainero will inform you if there are new terms to be agreed upon. You can locate the updated terms in the following places (please check both):
- AppStoreConnect: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login
- Normally there should be found a banner indicating the agreement update on top of the screen.
- If not found, check also the page "Business"
- Developer Account: https://developer.apple.com/account
- There should be a banner indicating the agreement update on top of the screen
